OPERATION
: The machine essentially
consists of load cell based electronic weighing
mechanism, weighing pan and feeding mechanism.
Various kind of feeding mechanisms are available to handle
products with minimum flowability. High precision scale
type Mechanical Weighing is also available.
The feeder feeds the material at high
speed from hopper to the weighing pan. When 90 - 95
% material is fed, the flow is automatically
changed to dribble flow. Full flow followed by dribble flow
ensures high filling accuracy at high speed. Various models
are available to batch 100 g to 100 kg of material. Similar
weighing modules are also used
to convert Multiple Component Mechanical Batching
units into Automatic Multi Component Batching units.
Multiple components are automatically
weighed using these modules and discharged into
the next process vehicle. The system
works on micro processor based digital indication and control
system.
